THE ARMY PAINTER UPDATES
TAP is upgrading their Gamemaster paint sets to include Fanatic paints. This will be done gradually as they sell out of existing stock. The Gamemaster range is made for hobbyists and miniature painters of all levels and is especially suited for beginners and all RPG players. The sets are still perfectly viable and of fantastic value with the old warpaints.
The GM1008 Adventure Starter Set is the first product in this update, and it’s release date is August 17th. TAP will start shipping on June 1st. We expect to release the updated GM1005 and GM1007 sets in October.
FREECOMPANY UPDATES
The Eldfall order we mentioned in our previous newsletter safely arrived to our storage facility, and we started to prepare the products for distribution. This includes re-prints and new starter sets as well. Seeing how popular the system is, we decided to give a 5% discount to all Freecompany products you order in June.
Freecompany and The Army Painter allied to bring the best experience to wargamers. While Eldfall Chronicles is one of the most successful wargame kick starter campaigns of recent years, Warpaints Fanatic was the most expected paint range among miniature painters. Sounds like a good idea to merge them in one box! Please welcome another new manufacturer in our product portfolio. Ultra PRO is the leading brand of memorabilia collecting and tabletop gaming accessories, and photo and scrapbooking albums and pages. They have been designing and manufacturing top quality products since 1952 and their brands are recognized for their high-quality standards and design innovations. Over the past decade, they have grown and diversified into a variety of related opportunities.
Their SP Images division distributes protectors and carriers for collectible trading cards and board game accessories. In addition to their headquarters in Commerce, California, they are supported by their satellite facilities in Ohio, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Belgium.
VALLEJO UPDATES
Changing the formula and the bottles of Vallejo paint ranges is essentially a good thing, but we all experienced it comes with some inconveniences. We are working a lot to make these changes as smooth as possible to our partners. Probably you already noticed that some of the Vallejo paint sets contains different bottles (black/white cups, 17ml/18ml), which is a side effect.
Old sets including Game Color paints are selling out, Vallejo is starting to manufacture and pack the first fully renewed sets right now, which means our future orders won’t contain any mixed sets anymore. Regarding Model Color sets we are still waiting for a confirmation regarding this, now it seems we will receive mixed sets for a while. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.
Q-WORKSHOP UPDATES
Q-Workshop is delivering exceptional dices for the community. It is not a surprise that for their anniversary, they created some products even more appealing than the usual ones. As a result, they seriously underestimated the interest in these dice sets. The first one in the line, Elvish Dice Set (S20Y01) is already out of stock.
